Weekend appointments

It’s time for a little change

Since day dot we have never charged for appointments (except for our extra special VIP appointments - cake and cocktails anyone?).

Our appointment slots are just you, your guests and us. The whole boutique is yours for the duration of your visit. Before, we prep, and after you’ve floated out on a dress high, we prep again for the next bride so it’s perfect every time. When we have a cancellation we loose a big part of the day that can be hard to fill at super short notice.

The past months we’ve seen an increase in the number of last minute weekend cancellations, and occasional no-shows. Our appointments are exclusive use of the shop, and when appointments don’t go ahead at the weekend it’s a big portion of our day that we miss out on. We love to see brides from the beginning to the end of the weekend. It’s what brings us joy!

To keep our weekends full of bridal happiness, we’ve decided to charge for appointments. Saturday and Sunday first bridal appointments will be £20. Of course, if you say yes to the dress this will be taken off the price of the dress / jumpsuit / [insert other fabulous outfit]!

Brides will receive the same fabulous standard of service as before, and if you say yes to the dress you aren’t paying any more than you would have previously.

What if I need to cancel?

Don’t get us wrong, we have no problem if you let us know you can’t make it. Maybe you’ve already found your dress (congrats!) or somethings come up. We completely get it. We’d love for you to re-schedule and come back another day; we won’t hold it against you for having to cancel!

What about weekday appointments?

These will stay exactly the same. Free of charge and the same level of expert service from us. We are only closed on Mondays so take your pick from the rest of the week to come visit and play dress up!

It’s only weekends we will charge for moving forward as the weekend slots are precious time that get booked up quickly. We want to avoid brides missing out who could have been here.
